The Influence Company is built around one mission: to help as many people as possible become more influential. Whether it is through a training programme, a digital tool or an international learning journey, we have the right expertise in-house.
The Influence Company
“Everyone influential!” is the mission of our overarching organisation. In a time when digitalisation and polarisation are reducing personal contact, we put human interaction back at the centre. Our Influence Model®, developed at Harvard in the 1970s, forms the foundation for this. It gives people the tools to become more successful in conversations by finding the right balance between results and relationships. That is what makes them influential.
The Influence Company consists of several entities, each with its own target group and approach.
Bureau Zuidema
Active in the Netherlands since 1962, Bureau Zuidema offers training programmes for professionals. These are available both for individual participants through open enrolment and for entire companies or teams through in-company programmes. The training portfolio consists of around twenty strong programmes. The Personal Influence Programme® is the best known of these. Around seventy professionals work at our head office in Leusden, including forty trainers.
The Influence Company Denmark
The Influence Company Denmark has been active in the Scandinavian market from Copenhagen since 1942. It offers five strong local programmes for both open enrolment and in-company training.
The Influence Company EMEA
Founded in 2017, The Influence Company EMEA focuses on in-company learning journeys for corporate clients in the EMEA region. In addition, we serve various local markets through a network of licence holders.
CommScan®
This digital branch was created in 2016. The CommScan® tool analyses your interactions with others and gives advice on how to become more influential in those conversations. It is now available through an app and API integration for systems.
Zuidema Personeelsmanagement en Medezeggenschap (ZPM)
Zuidema PM specialises in employee participation and personnel management, and also offers a specific approach focused on decision-making within organisations. Do you want to make decisions more effectively? ZPM can help with this, both for teams and individuals.
