Personal Influence Programme

You’re at that stage where you want to present yourself, your ideas or proposals optimally. You notice that working well with others is crucial and want to gain more insight in your own behaviour, and of your clients and colleagues. You’re able to examine yourself critically. This programme helps you increase your personal effectiveness and influence, while at the same time it helps you strengthening relationships with others. The amount of hours to practice will ensure you become an expert in reaching your results!

What are you going to do?

5 days

By training five days in a row in a pleasant environment away from your workplace, you are able to completely step away from your day-to-day work life and focus fully on your learning process. You step outside your comfort zone and will sense that the new influence behaviours are having a real effect in the situations that are most challenging for you.

2×3 days

With the Personal Influence Programme® 2×3 days, you go back to work for four weeks, after the first 3 interactive training days. This practice learning period gives you the opportunity to experiment with new influence behaviour of the Influence Model®. With the insights you gain and challenges you will face during this practice period you will return for a second set of 3 consecutive days.

The choice between both options depends on your learning preference; a deep dive or a more pulsed approach.
