The content of the training programme is the same. One variant may fit your schedule better or suit your way of learning better. 1×5 days is more intensive. By training 5 consecutive days on location you completely disconnect from daily life, which can help you during the training. By training 2×3 days you have a month to test where you stand and apply the theory in practice.

Our programme is unique and very different from what you get elsewhere. Ultimately it is not about money, but about the value you get out of it. The most heard comment from our participants is ‘I wish I had known this sooner!’. We give you life-long insights that you can apply immediately.

We do not address a support question, but we do address a development question. We serve your learning process. We do not dig into the past, we look at how you can get more out of certain situations. We are not psychologists, but professional trainers. Somewhere the profession of training ends where the profession of a psychologist begins. Our trainers make that distinction.

From 3 to 4 years of work experience is ideal, but that is not a rule. Sufficient life and work experience is important, so that you know what it is like to fail or succeed. Reflective ability and the ambition to achieve more are good motivations to participate in the training.

The training programme runs until 19:30. After that there is a communal dinner until approximately 21:30. Except on the last training day; the programme then ends at 17:00 and there is no dinner. For trainings consisting of 2 blocks of multiple days, each block has a last training day that runs until 17:00.

We offer multiple English-language trainings, for example: Power2Influence®, How2lead®, Influential Communication Programme and the Personal Influence Programme.

The times of the training vary per programme. The start time is between 9:00 and 10:00. Multi-day trainings have an evening programme until 20:00, followed by dinner. Lunch breaks are 1 to 1.5 hours. The last training day ends around 17:00.

You can log in to the Influence Hub® via the app from four weeks (28 days) before your training programme begins. Here you will find practical information, preparation for the training and the opportunity to get acquainted in advance.

This varies. In general there are between 9 and 18 people in a training. There is one trainer per 9 participants. We only know a few weeks in advance how many people will participate exactly.

20% solid theory, 80% practice. We break the theory into manageable chunks so that you work with increasingly difficult and challenging situations. The point is to genuinely do something different tomorrow than today.

In our training there is a diverse group of highly educated professionals from large and small organisations. They all have or want a substantial responsibility. The variation in ages, roles, sectors and personalities makes it extra educational. Our evaluations show that 90% of our participants rated their relationship with their group as good or very good.

Work and thinking level at at least higher professional education level is sufficient. What is particularly important is that you can and want to reflect on your own behaviour.

You are not required to stay overnight. We do recommend it. The training days are intensive. No rush, no travel time, no matters at home demanding your attention, but full focus on yourself and your learning process. You are truly away from it all. In addition, the extra time outside the programme also offers a lot for your own learning process. It also depends which training you choose. No. You can choose an existing programme, semi-customised or fully customised. We help you determine which form suits your issue.

An open training is intended for individual participants from different organisations. An Incompany programme is tailored to your own practice, target group and organisational goals.

Yes. Coaching can be part of a broader Incompany programme.

Yes. That can be at your own venue or an external venue. We are happy to think along about what is needed for an optimal learning experience.

For intensive skills training a compact group works best. Guideline: one trainer for a maximum of nine participants.

Change only happens if you do something about it yourself. After your training it is up to you to set concrete goals to make your behavioural change lasting. Practising is key. We support you with the Influence Hub® in which you receive assignments and can practise.

28 days before your first training day, you will receive an invitation via your email address. In the email is a link to set up your account in the Influence Hub®.

From there you can set up your account with a password and you will get a notification to set up two factor authentication, which is mandatory.

The Influence Hub® is our digital learning platform. Here your training programme starts, with an intake and (if applicable) an online 360-degree assessment. In addition, in the Hub® you will find all information about your training: dates, times, venues and preparation. After the training you use the Hub® to continue your learning process with assignments and practice material.

In our services, 21% VAT is charged by default on the training price and the arrangement, which you (or your organisation) can reclaim from the Tax Authority. If your organisation is VAT liable, this is the right choice. Does your organisation qualify for VAT exemption? The Influence Company is happy to think along with its clients and participants. We are registered in the CRKBO register, which allows us to offer our services VAT-exempt.
