Training to become an Influence Expert

Once a year, we start our internal training programme to become an Influence Expert. Regardless of your experience as a trainer, we help you take your training skills to the highest level. You go through the challenging TIC Academy and work with training programmes where you truly make a difference. You do not become part of a generic team of trainers; you become one of our Influence Experts.
