Some time ago, you completed the Positive Power & Influence® Programme. Armed with new insights and skills, you returned to your work. How is your influence behavior now? Do you still remember all the styles? Are you still applying them daily, even in challenging situations? Or could your knowledge of the Influence Model® use a refresher? Would you like to practice your Critical Influence Situation once again? Or do you wish to further develop your influence skills to become even more influential? It has been six months or longer since you successfully completed the Positive Power & Influence® Programme. You now feel the need to rejuvenate your understanding of the Influence Model® and elevate your influence behavior. In just one day, you aim to regain sharp influence skills and seek advice from one of our Influence Experts regarding specific influence situations in your work.
You will collaborate closely with other former participants of the Positive Power & Influence® Programme various industries and company sizes. This enables you to learn both with and from others.
Refreshing the Influence Model®
You start the day by refreshing the theory of the Influence Model®. This is the foundation for bringing your skills back up to par for the rest of the day.
Working with practical cases. You will engage in various exercises with your fellow participants to optimize your influence behavior. You will receive personal coaching on your own specific situations.
