In brief

Since the Power2Influence® training you know what your behaviour does to others. During the Boostday you refresh your knowledge and apply it to situations you are currently facing.

Through direct feedback you discover what you can do differently. You go home with new insights and concrete action points for yourself.

For whom?

You completed the Power2Influence® training at least six months ago. Just like the other participants joining today. You all bring different experiences, roles and backgrounds. That makes it extra educational and interesting.

What will you learn?

The Influence Model® — how does that work again?

You get an even better grip on the subject matter. Including: how do you increase your visibility? How do you become more convincing? How do you create support? How do you set boundaries and take control in a conversation?

Together with your fellow participants you bring your skills back to a higher level. You learn from and with each other. With targeted feedback you discover how to use your influence optimally.
