For whom?

You have already completed the Power2Influence® training and want to deepen your knowledge. You work at higher professional education level and have at least 3 years of work experience.

Participants in this Masterclass come from all kinds of sectors and roles. That makes it extra educational.

What will you learn?

Whether it was one or ten years ago, you have completed the Power2Influence® training and put it into practice. Now we dive deeper into the subject matter.

In this training you explore how you observe, think and react. You discover what helps you and what holds you back. You sharpen your awareness and gain deeper insight into your own behaviour and that of others. This makes you more flexible and effective in your communication.

You also get to know different personality types. You practise and refine. With your fellow participants and with an actor.

You grow, professionally and personally. This way you can, among other things, persuade with even more confidence, take control and set boundaries.

This is what your training days look like

Day 1

On the first day you examine your influence behaviour closely. You work with the Influence Style Questionnaire (ISQ) that you collected prior to the training. You deepen your understanding of your own behaviour. And we zoom in specifically on observing signals from the other person, so you learn to use your influence even more effectively.

Day 2

You gain insight into the natural behaviour of yourself and others through the theory of the Drijfverentest®. You explore effective influence behaviour and learn how to connect optimally with different conversation partners.
