Structure Boostday Power2Influence® | 1 day course

The day begins with a refresher on The Influence Model®, reinforcing the foundation of your skills. With that in place, the focus shifts to real-life cases (you can bring your own case), where you’ll collaborate with fellow alumni in targeted exercises to refine your influence techniques. Personalized feedback on your specific challenges ensures direct, actionable insights.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a stronger command of the material and practical strategies to overcome obstacles in applying The Influence Model®. You’ll leave feeling more visible, powerful, and inspiring – ready to drive impact with confidence. Plus, you’ll expand your professional network among other Power2Influence® alumni.

No long theory blocks - you learn by doing. Through intensive practice and real workplace cases, you apply new behaviour immediately and receive focused feedback from expert trainers.All TIC trainers have extensive real-world experience and complete over 1,000 training hours before leading groups independently.
