At Power2Negotiate®, you learn the theory behind negotiation techniques and understand the importance of applying different behaviours to different negotiation partners to achieve the desired outcome. The Influence Model® helps you to develop a more strategic, adaptable approach to negotiations, so you can match and influence any negotiation partner as needed.

You will intensively practise and apply key negotiation theories and behavioural principles, thereby increasing your skills in a dynamic and interactive environment with plenty of feedback for you as well. As a result, you gain the confidence to negotiate powerfully even in challenging situations while maintaining or even strengthening respectful relations.

Practical exercises with specialised trainers

No endless theoretical courses, but directly applicable knowledge and skills. You will learn to take action, by intense practical exercises and apply the received feedback from our experienced trainers. All our trainers have at least 1.000 hours of experience before they are standing in front of a group alone.

Structure Power2Negotiate®  | 2-day course

Pre-work: Personal intake
One month before training, you receive an invitation to activate your profile in the Influence Hub®, our online learning platform. There, you complete your Personal Intake to define your learning objective to negotiation situations.

Day 1: Start strong with negotiation
Discover the fundamental theory to negotiation technique combined with The Influence Model® as the basis for working with your negotiation behaviour. You learn how to prepare effectively and structure a negotiation step by step to secure success. Through targeted exercises, you immediately develop a solid foundation for your negotiations.

Day 2: Negotiating effectively
Learn how to use your negotiation behaviour along with negotiation technique to navigate even the most complex negotiations smoothly and powerfully, where you feel in charge of both the process and outcome. Today, you put everything you have learned into practice to anchor your learnings and feel comfortable to take your skills to real life.
