Programme

How the Program Works

Preparation – Motivation & Personal Profile

Before the program begins, you complete a personal profile (DiSC or Insights Discovery®) and prepare concrete leadership situations from your own work context.

Day 1 – Assertive Behavior and Conflict Management

You strengthen your self-awareness and work with assertive communication, setting boundaries and managing conflict constructively.

Day 2 – Situational Leadership

You learn how to adapt your leadership style to both the situation and the individual employee. Exercises are based on realistic leadership scenarios.

Day 3 – Coaching and Difficult Conversations

You train coaching conversations, team development and difficult leadership dialogues. The day concludes with work on a real leadership situation from your own daily practice.
