Power2Influence® Executive is designed exclusively for experienced senior leaders, executives and directors who operate in complex organisational environments.

You lead strategic initiatives, influence stakeholders across organisational boundaries and regularly face conversations where formal authority alone is not enough. You want to strengthen your leadership impact, increase your executive presence and influence with greater confidence and flexibility.

Throughout the programme you work intensively with a carefully selected group of executives from different organisations and industries. The diversity of experience creates a unique learning environment where you challenge each other’s thinking, exchange perspectives and accelerate your development.

What will you learn?

In this programme you discover how your leadership behaviour influences the people around you and how to deliberately adapt your approach to different situations, stakeholders and objectives.

You learn to apply the Influence Model® to create commitment, handle resistance and strengthen relationships without compromising on results. Through intensive practice, realistic executive scenarios and direct personal feedback, you gain new behavioural options that immediately increase your effectiveness.

As a result, you will be able to:

  • Navigate resistance and challenging conversations with confidence.

This is what your training days look like

Day 1

You discover your natural influence behaviour through a practical executive simulation. You get acquainted with The Influence Model® and define your personal learning objectives.

 

Day 2

You deepen your understanding of The Influence Model® and immediately apply it in realistic leadership situations through intensive role plays and practical exercises.

Day 3

You design your own learning programme based on your executive challenges. You practise conversations, meetings and leadership situations that are directly relevant to your daily work.

Between the two modules

During the 28-day transfer period you actively apply your new insights in practice. Together with your executive learning buddy, you reflect on your progress, receive feedback and continue developing your influence in real business situations.

Day 4

You reflect on your experiences from the first module and build on them through intensive practice. The focus is on expanding your behavioural flexibility and influencing effectively in increasingly challenging leadership scenarios.

Day 5

You continue practising with more advanced executive situations that match your personal development goals. With direct coaching and feedback, you refine your leadership style and strengthen your strategic influence.

Day 6

You work on your Critical Influence Situation (CIS): an important real-life leadership challenge that you prepare, practise extensively and fine-tune. You leave with a concrete behavioural approach, greater confidence and a clear action plan for sustaining your development after the programme.

Am I required to stay overnight during multi-day trainings?

You are not required to stay overnight. We do recommend it. The training days are intensive. No rush, no travel time, no matters at home demanding your attention, but full focus on yourself and your learning process. You are truly away from it all. In addition, the extra time outside the programme also offers a lot for your own learning process. It also depends which training you choose.
