Communicatie training

What will you learn?

During this intensive communication training you gain insight into how your communication comes across. What impression do you make? What works, and what doesn’t? You learn to switch between styles, listen better, speak clearly and handle resistance and tension. Always aligned to the situation and the other person.

You practise a lot. In a safe setting, with recognisable work situations. No tricks, but skills that stick and are directly applicable.

This is what your training days look like

Day 1

After a brief introduction you immediately get to work with a diagnostic exercise and gain insight into your natural communication behaviour. You learn the basic theory of effective communication, practise giving clear feedback and discover the foundations of the Invloedmodel®. You apply this knowledge in the exercises and role plays that follow. You close the day with a reflection moment.

Day 2

You analyse your ISI assessment. What signals about your communication behaviour do you draw from your graph? For the rest of the day you put your new insights to work in our communication flight simulator. Through exercises, role plays and a personal practical case, you experiment with different ways of communicating and behaving.
