Pre-work: Personal intake & Influence Style Questionnaire
One month before the training, you receive an invitation to activate your profile in the Influence Hub®, our online learning platform. Here, you complete your Personal Intake to define your learning goals and respond (again) to your Influence Style Questionnaire (ISQ). You will also be asked to invite up to seven colleagues or personal supporters to provide 360-degree feedback, helping you gain a comprehensive view of your influence behaviour.
Day 1: Assessing your influence behaviour
On day 1, we refresh your knowledge of The Influence Model@, and you examine your influence behaviour closely using the ISQ data collected prior to the training. This analysis gives you insight into the progress to your influence behaviour since Power2Influence@ and it helps to tailor the subsequent training to your developmental needs, so you can become fully flexibility in your influence behaviour. The exercises are from real-life scenarios, where you apply and enhance your influence skills also supported by the targeted feedback.
Day 2: Understanding of influence drivers along with complex and critical influence situations
On day 2, you’ll engage in advanced influence exercises and delve into the Circle Process to gain deeper insight into, what shapes your influence behaviour in terms of values, beliefs and emotions. Knowing these internal factors will help you to connect more effectively with the persons, you need to influence. As the last part of the course, you apply your renewed influence skills to a critical influence situation from your daily work life – this realistic simulation helps bridge the gap between theory and practice. After this, you are fully prepared to tackle complex influence situations in your daily work.
An in-house course is a tailored made training programme for you and your colleagues according to your needs. Together we look at your learning goals and whether this fits with our programme and vision.
Many organizations struggle with their teams not performing optimally. This is often caused by a lack of influence, effectiveness, and communication within the organization. As a result, they miss opportunities, waste valuable resources, and risk falling behind the competition.
At The Influence Company, we understand this issue and offer an effective solution. Our Master in Influence® in-house course is designed to enhance the personal effectiveness, leadership, and communication skills of your team members. With our proven approach, we help your organization to a higher level of success!
Why your team should follow a Master In Influence® in-house Programme:
Influential people know how to “read” a situation and choose their behaviour intentionally. The Influence Model® gives you a clear framework to analyse interactions, recognise different influence approaches, and select the style that fits the moment. It helps you communicate in a way that achieves results while maintaining strong relationships.
Our programmes are built around your goals and real challenges. For in-company groups, we design tailored training together with your organisation, ensuring the content fits your context, culture, and development needs. Every element is shaped to make learning relevant and immediately applicable.
Your personal online learning environment - the Hub - supports your development before, during, and after the programme. You complete an intake, track your progress, revisit key concepts, and explore additional learning topics. The Hub helps you stay intentional and committed to your growth.
