Maximize your executive influence
As a leader, how do you secure buy-in for your vision and initiatives? How do you navigate resistance and align key stakeholders? Relying solely on authority can create friction, while hesitation may stall progress. The key is mastering strategic influence – achieving your objectives while fostering collaboration.
The Influence Model® provides insights into how your leadership style impacts others. You explore alternative approaches to drive success while maintaining strong relationships. With our guidance, you take charge of your own learning journey – defining objectives, refining your approach, and determining how far to push beyond your comfort zone. This ensures you gain the influence needed to achieve your executive goals with confidence.
Surrounded by fellow executives, you engage in high-level discussions, challenge each other’s perspectives, and practice real-world scenarios, ensuring your skills are sharpened in a dynamic, peer-driven environment.

The Power2Influence® Executive programme is a blended training programme, designed to enable you to work on your influencing skills in a very intensive way. As the director of your own learning outcomes, you define your own learning objectives, the content of your personal programme and how far you want to step outside your comfort zone to achieve the result you are looking for. This is what the training looks like:
Pre-work: Personal intake & Influence Style Questionnaire
One month before training, you will receive an invitation to activate your profile in the Influence Hub®, our online learning platform. There, you will complete your Personal Intake to define your learning objectives and the Influence Style Questionnaire, a 360-degree assessment of your influencing approach. In addition we ask you to invite (max 7) supporters from work to provide feedback as well.
Day 1: Introduction & the Influence Model®
On day 1 you get to know the group, the trainer(s), and the programme. You start with an assessment exercise, in which you deploy your current, natural influence behaviour. This is followed by a theoretical discussion of the Influence Model®. At the end of the day you set up specific learning objectives for yourself.
Day 2: Theory Influence Model® & practical exercises
You continue with the theory of the Influence Model® and learn to use it effectively through short role plays and exercises (leadership situations).
Day 3: Your own programme
On the third day you put together a programme with exercises that are relevant to you. Examples are: one-to-one discussions, meeting exercises, or group exercises (leadership situations).
Break: 28-day programme
The time between the first and second training block is dedicated to applying your learning goals and assessing your progress in developing new leadership skills. As you return to your daily work, you put your insights into practice, refine your approach, and discuss progress with your training buddy (another executive) for ongoing feedback and support.

An in-house course is a tailored training programme for you and your colleagues according to your needs. Together we look at your learning goals and whether this fits with our programme and vision.
Many organizations struggle with their teams not performing optimally. This is often caused by a lack of influence, effectiveness, and communication within the organization. As a result, they miss opportunities, waste valuable resources, and risk falling behind the competition.
At The Influence Company, we understand this issue and offer an effective solution. Our Power2Influence® Executive in-house course is designed to enhance the personal effectiveness, leadership, and communication skills of your executives. With our proven approach, we help your organization to a higher level of success!
Why your team should follow the Power2Influence® Executive in-house course:
Influential people know how to “read” a situation and choose their behaviour intentionally. The Influence Model® gives you a clear framework to analyse interactions, recognise different influence approaches, and select the style that fits the moment. It helps you communicate in a way that achieves results while maintaining strong relationships.
Our programmes are built around your goals and real challenges. For in-company groups, we design tailored training together with your organisation, ensuring the content fits your context, culture, and development needs. Every element is shaped to make learning relevant and immediately applicable.
Your personal online learning environment - the Hub - supports your development before, during, and after the programme. You complete an intake, track your progress, revisit key concepts, and explore additional learning topics. The Hub helps you stay intentional and committed to your growth.
No long theory blocks - you learn by doing. Through intensive practice and real workplace cases, you apply new behaviour immediately and receive focused feedback from expert trainers. All TIC trainers have extensive real-world experience and complete over 1,000 training hours before leading groups independently.
